Shortanded, versus a near-LAG and K high, yee haw!

Got about 140 full-ring stats on the dude, he's aaaaalmost a LAG, 55% VPIP and 20%PFR, but his AF is a bit below the threshhold. He's not above a checkraise if he has a hand.

First off, anyone fire on the turn again? I was thinking about it, but couldn't think of a good reason, and his pauses when taking action felt like he was trying to slowplay something.

He's got every reason to bet on the river when I show weakness, but I wouldn't put a bluff past him; think I might be good 1 in 5 here?

I bet-fold the turn. With AK, I check and call a bet on the river if I think he can bluff.

First of all, I would never fire on this flop. Secondly, getting 5:1 on the end, I think the river's an easy fold.

I usually autofire on the turn in these positions (HU, ragedy board.) I've been trying to curb this habit, but I would imagine most of the time it's correct.

The way you played it, I would fold the river.

Serious? I can't see a better missed flop from which to make a continuation bet.

Reasons to bet the flop as a continuation:
1 - 3-handed
2 - In position
3 - Against two blinds
4 - Ragged flop (two cards under 7, one mid-range card, no overcards, no flush draw)
5 - Players will incorrectly fold six outers against king-high
6 - It's +EV

Really? Why?

.... the flop is auto-bet.... why is that even being debated?

ok to be honest, in game, against most opponents i check through the turn and pray my free card hits, but looking at it here i think you have to bet the turn and it makes the rest of the hand much easier to play.

The river alone, I fold. I call with any ace, but not KQ.

You bet the turn and check the river through.

the flop is an auto bet; i misread the flop as being 5 or 6 handed. excuse me.
