Getting back into SNGs - $22 Push?

Took a month and a half off from poker, so I'm pretty rusty. How bad was this?

Please note blinds were going up on either the next hand or one after (less than a minute), and BB was on the tight side.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t100 (6 handed) converter

BB (t2455)
UTG (t4090)
MP (t2600)
CO (t1305)
Button (t1700)
Hero (t1350)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
4 folds, Hero raises to t1350, BB calls t1250.

P.S. I'm defidently going back to Turbos

This is bad. You are risking way too many chips to be pushing J6 at this blind level. Buy sngpt and use it religiously.

This was "Major League 3- Back to the Minors" type of bad...

I'm sure you'll put it back together quickly through bro

If BB will call with any Ace or any pocket pair, this move is -%EV.

If BB will call with 44+, A7s+ or A9o+, then it's a close call.

If he'll only call with 66+, ATs/AJo+, then a push could be OK.

If you had less than 9xBB, it'd be an easier push.

The guy was really tight, probably 99+/AJo+, considering the blinds moving up probably next hand, I don't think it was the worst thing I've ever done, but yeah that was pretty bad. I need a lot of practice (guess that's obvious when your already only medicore and you don't play from Halloween until after Christmas).

If that is true, then it's a good push.

Somethings gotta be wrong here...SNGPT is saying this is +$0.1 EV push with 32o giving loose calling range...44+,A7s+,A9o+,KJs+

Do you see why?

Re: Getting back into SNGs - $22 Push?

Apparently not...enlighten me. Does the benefit of 150 chips when you have 13x BB actually justify the risk of being called with the worst hand in poker and be at best a 60/40 dog?

So no I don't see why. Do you see why you're reply was in no way helpful to anybody?
