Politics and Music
I'm so angry right now about what is happening in my country that the only music I can listen to is Rage Against the Machine and Against Me!
What are you guys listening to today? |
Re: Politics and Music
Go to a psychiatrist and work on your stinking thinking. You have no reason to be so angry. You have let the media and the spinmeisters delude you.

[ QUOTE ] You have no reason to be so angry. [/ QUOTE ]So you think everything is going fine? Really? In what ways? [/ QUOTE ] I m not talking about perfection, but things are going good considering the alternatives. We have grown out of the Clinton recession of 5 years ago for example. |
Re: Politics and Music
Ah yes. Thank the good lord that Bush has saved us from the relative peace and prosparity of the Clinton years.

Ah yes. Thank the good lord that Bush has saved us from the relative peace and prosparity of the Clinton years. [/ QUOTE ] I suppose you believe that 9/11 was all planned in the less than 8 months that Bush was in office at the time. The Clinton presidency was like a cancer before it gets diagnosed - you feel fine while you rot away inside. The economy tanked 10 months before he left office and terrorism hit 8 months after he left office. Boy did that Clinton cancer ever hit us hard. |

I almost forgot about DK

Re: Politics and Music
awesome, yet another poster who has read a couple of Sean Hannity books and now thinks Clinton is the anti-christ. Get over it, we were better off under Clinton.

Re: Politics and Music
Terrorists hit about two months after GWB got a memo saying "Osama Bin Laden determined to attack US", and did nothing about it. Four years later, Bin Laden has not been caught, and the US is occupying a country that had nothing to do with 9/11 and presented no threat to the United States.
Recessions would happen, they are not in a President's immediate control. What is in a President's control is how it is dealt with. GWB opted for upper-level tax cuts, which has not worked before, and did not work now either. While the recession is not GWB's fault, I would say that it lasting as long as it did WAS. |
It\'s all somebody else\'s fault
[ QUOTE ]
The economy tanked 10 months before [Clinton] left office and terrorism hit 8 months after he left office. Boy did that Clinton cancer ever hit us hard. [/ QUOTE ] In other words, Clinton is responsible both for what went on during his presidency and after. What next, before his presidency? |
Re: Politics and Music
I think guys who are in office, having sex, are less inclined to go sticking their noses into other people's sex lives and probably have better things to do then authorize spy agencies to illegally spy on Americans.
so GWB definately needs to start going down on interns...either that or face impeachment - LOL RB |
Re: It\'s all somebody else\'s fault
Yes, because he participated in the anti-war movements of the 1960s. He is resonsible for defeat in Vietnam.

Put it another way
GWB definitely needs to start going down on the peach...or face internment.

Watching statists argue about who's despot is better is hilarious.

Watching statists argue about who's despot is better is hilarious. [/ QUOTE ] Wow, I usually have trouble posting when I have my nose stuck way up in the air. If I look down, I can usually get a good view of the monitor, but I can't see the keys well, and I start making a lot of typos. Do you have any pointers, because I'd just love to make a lot of comical condescending posts about how superior I am. Do I have to bear down and perfect my touch typing, or is there some easier way? Thanks in advance. |
