i usually just fold it in such a small pot.

how often do you take a shot at that flop?

Re: lines that seem to make ZERO sense

Tough one I think. How many hands is your read on villain btw?

I probably call him down. We gotta pay 2 to win 5 BB. That means we only have to have around 30% equity.

I think it is probably close though, and folding wouldn't be awful.

I like folding here. Honestly, this looks like an ace that just wanted to get some action so he checked through the flop.

I probably just fold. The pot is small, and really not worth fighting over. This guy probably has A2 or 22 or some other crap trying to slowplay.

I fold this. I hate these hands.

I think you should fold. I sometimes take this line with a weak ace. Not that often, but sometimes.

I actually open limp weak suited aces a lot. I do fine with them.

You may do fine with them, but you would do a lot better if you didn't open limp them.

Re: lines that seem to make ZERO sense

Oh I don't think it matters that much...It's pretty much 50/50...Obviously it depends on the table and conditions, etc. etc.

But i don't really like playing big pots with them.

Even if he doesn't have two pair, the pot is small. Oh-bla-dee-bla-dah.

good fold. honestly he has two pair or AA a lot here, and the pot is only 4 BB.

Bob I get the sense you are beginning to resemble your avatar.

I would call this down. Especially since you just sat down. Villain could be taking a shot at you with nothing thinking that you are only betting b/c he checked the flop through. Or he may be getting wild with JT. Or you might be worked.

Easy fold.

He probably thought you'd fold if he bet so played a Ace slowly? Q2?
