Jeez man, what kind of 10K race is that? I have run marathons and the worst that has happened to me is a toenail falling off while I was training for it.

It's up the side of Mount Hood... through streams, mud, forests, etc...

It takes well over an hour. There are kegs at the end. It's fun. Here are some other pics of the course.
