3/4 pot or so. You might get a lot of action if he has AK or AA. A heart might kill a lot of action on the turn.

ck raise flop, QQ won't give you "much" more action, so AA AK all give you action and you can probably stack them by ck raising flop, leading turn, betting rest on river, K on turn hurts you cause it really looks like he has AA and will fear you having AK, you could ck turn when K comes and bet river 2/3 pot on river. I think ck raise flop is the best move.

Villian had QQ and given that i thought i got max value, my read on villian here is a very strict AK KK AA QQ maybe JJ and AQ but only about 5% of the time overall, so on this flop he likes it every time except when he has QQ and the other unexpecteds

given that, why not see if i can get him on the turn

I'd bet pot on flop
Usually in this case he has AA, sometimes but rarely AK, and sometimes QQ.

You aren't getting much value out of QQ anyway, and u want to maximize the value u get out of the other 2 hands.
If you bet pot on the flop, u might get reraised allin by AA before some other card kills your action. If the 2nd king does come on the turn, check behind and then bet the river for the amount you think he will call.

Also some very tough players will be able to fold their AA to a checkraise, but they would probably think you have AK if u bet out.
