Actually MP1 played it closer to optimal than we see.

He put in the most bets while ahead, and the least while behind.

No way, if MP1 was ahead and hero had only trip 7's then he could have made an extra bet or two on the turn, then the river which is a scare card, hero would probally only check and call.

He was only getting 5.5 to 1 on the turn call with one out. Obivously he should have folded.

My quad 10's lost to a Straight Flush.

Of course, this had to be on a different site and it only made me 725 Euros rather than setting me up for life.

Oh, well.....

Raise preflop.

Bet the flop. Especially if you're going to do something so silly as to raise the turn and shut everyone out.

You really played this horribly.

Also, why the f would you say "if you have quad queens I am going to cry" in the chat.

Because I'm a donk and I suck at limit (and no-limit) poker. Duh. It's a bad beat post.

It hurts even more since you barely missed the BBJ. Ouch!

77 UTG in a full ring game, is a raising hand? I'd like to hear a few more thoughts on this. In a Full ring game 77 UTG and +! are not profitable in my database

If it makes you feel any better, I flopped quad tens and lost to quad kings on Party and I was not on a BBJ table

Solid play by MP1. Hero's preflop limp from EP plus flop check just screams quads. I'd have played it passively as well.

It depends on what limit you play and if you're any good at poker.
