Darden vs Juanda Bad Beat (no emotion hand)
 

Did you guys see this? Darden had Aces and Juanda had queens going into the river. Darden puts Juanda all in and he calls. Darden shows his ace and remarkably the River is a Queen and neither of them say a word. Darden doesn't complain and Juanda doesn't celebrate. ( I actually love watching this instead of people acting like idiots )

No matter how amazing of a lucky suckout I had I would never in a million years dream of acting like buffons such as Stillman, or that Mattias Anderson guy (i think he plays it up for the camera)

On ESPN, Darden had AK and Juanda had QQ. The board was AAxx. I'm pretty sure this is how it happened because Juanda said, "Do you have an Ace?" He wouldn't ask this if the guy had Aces. The Q came on the river to give Juanda a full house and Darden still only had trips.

I don't understand how people get off acting like this, period. I would always say "Sorry man" when I suck out like that, and in case of any excessive whining I will say "thanks coach". If they win, either say "nice hand" or keep mouth shut. The end. Running around like a moron while yelling at the top of your lungs after winning a 4:1 is for ignorant buffoons (been 10 years since I got to use this word I think), like the bowler guy with the headband.

Darden didn't put juanda all in, juanda moved all in..

Either way I couldn't believe the lack of emotion shown on the both of them either. But I think it's one of those hands where juanda doesnt expect to win and darden doesnt expect to lose so when it happens neither know how to react. It's the beats that you see coming from a mile away that you always get pissed off at.

I really wish I knew more details on this hand though, because that seems like a very crazy play on juandas part.

I totally agree.

All that jumping, shouting, hooping and hollering really isn't necessary. It's only poker. Mattias Anderson needs medication. And that Bartholomew guy made the other guy cry when he celebrated after his nut flush beat the second nuts.

I got a chuckle out of the fact that when the Q fell on the river, the cameras instantly go to Juanda, who responds by taking a sip of his drink.

Completely disagree. Poker will lose its popularity much faster if all we see are emotionless robots and chess players. Who, in all honesty, does not love watching Matusow or Hellmuth play? They wear their hearts on their sleeves and it just makes damn good tv.

Juanda over played his hand. Darden might have been silent, but just the look of his eyes, and stillness of his face, you see the rage he was thinking in his head on losing on the river to a 2-outer. That just sickens me.

Worst beat of the main event, even more that Matusow losing at the final table.

Yes you're correct! I knew there was 2 aces on teh board I got confused. That is correct what you wrote.

I think PD limped or min raised with A 10. JJ raises with queens. PD called. Flop AAx. PD checks. JJ all in. PD calls quickly and waits for JJ to show - before JJ rolls his queens over he asks Paul if he has an Ace. River Queen. I don't particularly like the way either of them played the hand.

Amen, that was a horrific beat, and Harmon also handled it pretty well. Amazingly, her opponent turned into an ass when he hit acting like he might get knocked out with the stone cold nuts.
