Lots of people getting autographs and I doubt that he had to pay for a beer. The 10-20 Omaha game was short handed and I tried to get him to sit in, but He was playing 80-160 Holdem.

I doubt that he walked. He might have taken a car, some people get on a plane and fly. I guesss a bus is possible but unlikely.

I think Foxwood is an eleven hour drive more or less.

what time is good for 20/40 seat, if it\'s spread?

Men was at Caesar's Friday from 4:30 in the afternoon until after I left at 2:30AM. He was walking around the room for quite a while, and later played 80-160. Why would anyone think Steamboatin would make this up??

It was good to see you again last night. I made the move to 6-12 about 20 minutes before you were called for the 10-20 Omaha game. It was amazingly juicy. I hope the 10-20 games were good for you.

I ended up down a little for the evening but the 10-20 Omaha broke right after I lost a big hand so I was stuck about $100 for that session but up for the day in Omaha. I didn't run very good in $10-20 holdem. I won some of it back but gave it up at 4 AM. I was really sleepy so I thought going home stuck a little was a better decision than playing sleepy.

I am heading back tonight. Probably get there aroung 10 PM.

You need to work on your math a little. It is an eleven hour drive probably a couple of hours by plane, why is it that weird? Wednesday and He doesn't show up here until Friday. If you are a tournament Pro, you travel, often and far.

Not really, considering the main circuit event is about to start. He'll be back at foxwoods very soon, I imagine.

If he's not going to play the tourney at Foxwoods then why show up in the first place?

If he's planning on hitting the Indiana tourney then why did he go to Foxwoods first?


Possible he just went to Foxwoods to play juicy side-game action there.
Possible he got staked at the last minute for Indiana so headed on over.
Possible he has rooms reserved at both places, and just swung into Indiana quickly to play the main-event there and will head straight back to Foxwoods which he probably prefers cash-game wise.

But I also agree that it's strange to go to Foxwoods BEFORE the tourney there even starts, and not even stay for the tourney.

im not sure if that was a joke post or not. but if anyone else was confused, i was commenting on steamboatin capitalizing "he", not the fact that he used "he".

If a casino wants one of the "names" playing at their place, I think they get hold of the "names'" manager/scheduler (most seem to have them) and if the "name" can make it, they'll send the casino plane for him/her. It's good PR and compared to advertising costs, a short stack.
