Jaguars...Rams injuries on O should be enough to allow Jags D to contain them and Rams D stinks enough that Jags should be able to score some. Plus I really don't think Jaime Martin's very good. Jags 24-17

Titans...Since when are the Raiders good enough to lay points on the road?

Skins/Giants over 42...Both offenses playing better than the defenses right now, especially the Giants. I don't expect a 35-30 shootout but 24-20 gets it done.

Cardinals....Dallas is good enough to lay 9? Since when? Cardinals are not as bad as most think. Couple of breaks and they can win this game.

THE SYSTEM actually likes Tampa -11 @ San Fran almost as much as it likes Cleveland, but it doesn't know that Chris Simms is in and Alex Smith is out (serisouly, can Ken Dorsey be anything but an improvement?). On the other hand, if Tampa covers this then the 2005 49ers will officially be the worst team of the millenium, and should be faded no matter what.
