Don't do it.

20x sucks at the new Empire.

If you don't know why, read the Empire reload threads in the Internet Bonuses forum.

This One

If you play Empire without a bonus then I would take it. I would not play it just because of the bonus, the opportunity costs are too high (the time you could use clearing better bonuses out there).

I got this message as well not suprisingly after I emailed them during this one asking for my bonus to be reduced.....from $300...

Oh well never mind....I'd hazard a guess I'm not missing much !

the information they ask for is case- sensitive. Capitalize your sn exactly as it appears at the table. That is what worked for me.

Also, this offer will vary from player to player.

Mine is:
5000 hands = $250
6200 hands = $312
7500 hands = $375

That would be nice.

Mine is:

10500 hands $525

Seems like they like willis81 better, but me worst of all 'cause mine was 1250 for $62 (or 20.16x).

second on the notion that you have to make sure your empire-handle is case-correct. all the capital letters have to be just right.

my offer was a stunning:
1000 hands - $50
1250 hands - $62
1500 hands - $75

You have played 0 hands so far and have earned $0.

T's+C's;
"6. This offer cannot be clubbed along with any other deposit / signup bonus offer. All signup/deposit bonuses during the promotion period will be deducted from the player's prize money."

Does this mean that my bonus that is half way cleared (3000 hands to go!) would be void if I initiated this promo?

So are email addresses...

I usually type my email the same way as my screenname, IggyWH. This kept not working for me so I looked at my info on Empire and saw my email was all in lowercase and then the bonus site finally worked for me :

Wow what a great bonus. FREE MONEY!

More than 2000 raked hands=$50
More than 2500 raked hands=$62
More than 3000 raked hands=$75

Terrible.

MicroBob 10-27-2005 02:14 AM

Re: Empire NO DEPOSIT bonus

It goes far beyond the realm of 'terrible' into the world of 'insulting'.

Mine is 1500 hands for $75 which is obviously just a bad offer.
Yours of 3000 hands for $75 is just plain embarassing.

I had high hopes that Party's VIP club and incentives were going to drive the competition to take action.
Empire failed miserably in this attempt.

I mean...it's SO bad that it's practically offensive.

I wrote this in another thread but I'll write it here too since it's been mentioned a few times. I got the Pop-up and when I went to the web site it said I wasn't eligible either but since I got the pop-up I thought "hmmm..." I then realized that I had entered my screen name instead of my account name (which I easily found when I opened up the cashier and looked.) Once I put in the account name exacly as it was listed there, I got through to the offer. Mine was the 2500 raked hands for $125 and upwards as mentioned elsewhere in this thread.

Hope this helps:)

Same $'s but double the hands. A 40x playthru bonus to be played in the industries toughest rock garden. This is just so gay. I kinda think this is some internal joke or competition amongst the soon to be fired Empire Marketing team members. The one who creates the worst offer and finds some sucker chasing it wins a bottle of whiskey or something.

I just got the email now. I wanted to see what their offer was (#hands) without signing up, but it looks like you have to hit the "sign up" button to see the offer. Am I wrong about this? I definitely do not want to do the offer or even sign up for it, but I am curious what my offer is.

Re: Empire NO DEPOSIT bonus

I wonder what criterion they used to determine each player's bonus amount.

FWIW mine was

2500 - $125
3125 - $156
3750 - $187

I might try it out I dunno...

Yes, you have to do the sign-up to find out what your offer is, but there is no obligation to actually do it.

I realize that, but I want it clean for any potential 10x Reload offer they may have in the near future. So I will pass on even signing up. No one has got less than a 20x offer, so I know the offer wouldn't be worth doing.

Its a TRAP! You have all been sucked into signing up. They won't let you unstack this bonus - so you won't be able to do the next reload without slogging through this one. IMHO.

Re: Empire NO DEPOSIT bonus

Copy of e-mail to EP:

Hi,

This is what I got:

More than 2000 raked hands and get $50
More than 2500 raked hands and get $62
More than 3000 raked hands and get $75

That's a 40x bonus. Tell me you're kidding...

I know from the forums that other people have got different offers, nearly all of them weak.

I couldn't get through the last reload bonus because the games are so bad, and I'm not that interested in playing at Empire. It's much much easier to make money at other sites. And they don't give out insulting bonus offers.

Is your $700 reload bonus going to be 40 times as well?

I realize you guys are trying to get your player base back, but this is not the way to do it. Do you believe this offer entices anyone to play there?

Regards,
XXXX

Re: Empire NO DEPOSIT bonus

can you people not read? does logic defy you? I hate empire as much as anyone here. There is nothing wrong with this "bonus" its not even a bonus, you dont have to deposit anything to play it. Its FREE [censored] money if you play there already. If you dont play there already, then don't do it. I dont see why everyone is busy bitching and calling it insulting. I don't do any of the UB bonuses cuz they suck and take forever to clear, but I dont think they are insulting or think UB is going to be gone next month, I just choose not to take advantage of the offer.

get a clue people.

El Barto 10-27-2005 02:29 PM

Re: Empire NO DEPOSIT bonus

It is a bonus. Don't make the mistake of thinking that a bonus is only a bonus if a deposit is necessary. The deposit is unimportant unless you are cash strapped. The clearance rate (and site softness) is what matters. And we have every right to compare bonuses from different sites, and this Empire one fares very very poorly in the comparison to others out there.
