party gave me a free $100 in an old account, and I'm looking to do something OIC-based, but more outlandish. my original idea was to open up 9 10+1's and move up every time i have a buyin for the next higher level until i bust, but i know better ideas can come from the crowd.

sometime around dinner EST, I will do whatever the stupidest/most amusing idea this thread comes up with, and post my party nick so everyone can follow along.

Buy in at 4 $25 NL tables. Every time someone joins a table with a name related to golf or '69', move up in limits.

something like CDC did with 8 [or was it 10] different types of poker games all at once. If you can't handle that then just go simple with 4. I'd go with one SNG, one NL, one limit and one MTT. Move up when you are awesome [just make up some arbitrary rule].

This was sort of what I was thinking. I say 4 table stud hi, stud 8, omaha hi and omaha 8. You can throw in holdem if you can stand more tables. My guess is that you won't be able to.

Here's my approach.

First, just go to an NL-100 table, wait and shove and double it. Cash that out- boom, now we're really playing for free.

Then do what ever you want to do that's retarded. If you feel like it, cash out some more and start over again. You'll never be able to cash out the original 100, but if you keep just turning it into more, you can do some Groundhogs Day type gambling stuff.

You're much better off doing this at a $400nl table its only 25bbs instead of 100bbs for people to call.

You move up in in the split pot games when you scoop a multiway pot at showdown (3+ people at showdown). not sure when to move up in high games. maybe having the nuts in omaha hi 3 times or rivering someone by hitting a flush or straight and going to showdown at stud hi
