Not sure if you are kidding or not, but the first hour of these is a welcome diversion from a "serious" MTT. And if you get lukcy and get in for $31 to $51, you are in a serious prize pool for very cheap. I love it.

Grrrrrr, tough break. Have you tried to win your way into the Double Shootouts via 5 dollar turbos? They're not too bad and significantly cheaper than buying in directly.

I've seen him in some tournaments. There are alot of big $ ring game players none of us have ever heard of though.

AK loses to TT, still have t16k, then a t12k limps in and I push with AK and she calls with 4s... and they hold... down to 4k... same stack raises 3x BB and calls my all in and I watch QQ lose to KJo... fing donkeys!

well, after donking off most of my chips with kq on an qxx all hearts board (he'd made the flush on the flop), I then tripled up with AA, then gave most of it back with 99 v. jj, then tripled up again with AQs to a pathetic 6k.
