Same as a normal HU tournament on stars.
If a number of people register that is not a power of 2, which is highly likely, some are going to get a bye on the first round. ie if 24 people registered, the first round would be as if it were a 32 person tournament, 16 would play the first round and the other 8 would draw a bye. I do not know how they are selected, i think it is random. Then the second round there would be 16 players thus 8 matches. The winners move on. If there are 4 min to 32 max players, which i would suspect is what will happen, 1st place will get 45% of the prize pool, 2nd place will get 25%, 3rd and 4th places will get 15%. 33 to 64 players pays 35%, 20%, 10%, 10%, 6 1/4%, 6 1/4%, 6 1/4%, 6 1/4%.
