Re: Best Ramen flavor

Oriental! Oddly enough I like having an english muffin along with it.

This poll is much better when about specific brands.

Sapporo Ichiban rules.

I'm not a college student anymore. Can we have a poll about the best place to get a filet mignon?

Aren't these like those styrofoam containers filled with dry noodles?

I had money in college, and a pot dealing roommate who never used his meal card, I had no need for that [censored].

Edit: to say, I'm getting wicked deja vu about this response. I now have to scour the archives for ramen threads. OOT Deja Vu is [censored] bad.

Soup cups are new fangled ramen. Back in the day it only came in a rectangular shaped block of noodles wrapped in plastic. We also didn't have 15 billion flavors like they have now and Oriental was always the best choice.

Not to be an [censored] but someday you should consider eating real food:

You're from Law-ung Eye-Land. You're as Italian as the standard drunk guy on St. Patrick's Day is Irish.

I live in Gramercy. And Law-ung Eye-land isn't the issue. It's Italian on Law-ung Eye-land. Big accent + gold chain does not an Italian make.

Re: Best Ramen flavor

Picante Beef rules. Usually I will either have beef, oriental, and chicken, with beef leading the way. Spicy (picante) beef is usually a treat.

A great meal is general tsao's chicken from your local supermarket's frozen food section put on a bed of beef ramen noodles. That's a good start.

College for 4 years is going to turn me into an expert ramen chef.

huh? I mean, you've seen me, I'm hardly a paison, but mom and pop are real deal, sauce from scratch and everything.

Hence none of those icky asian noodles. Anyway, you totally avoided my excellent reference to your absurd neighborhood reference.

Kudos.
