Re: Arrested
Here's the jury instruction if you're interested. But you should call a lawyer.

Re: Arrested
Thanx for the replies,I appreciate it.I was escorted out a couple times and told not to come back. They wanted to,''process me" but I refused. This time they called the police directly.I guess I could lie and say they never said that.I dont like lying. They have no written record.I paid 250 bond with casino chips and the cop miscounted them at first. Can I show up and if I cant plea it down, then come again with a lawyer.Or do u have to be a lawyer to plea?

I'll stick to poker [/ QUOTE ] Good idea. Just curious, having never played blackjack, but isn't poker more profitable these days? |

Just curious, having never played blackjack, but isn't poker more profitable these days? [/ QUOTE ] The rules are different in blackjack in california casinos (non indian reservations) than in vegas. YOu see...the house doesnt bank the games. the players take turns banking the games. When the players can't cover the action on the tables there is a guy called "the corporation" who coveres the action. I use to work for one of these corporations and trust me... if they could pay their employees anywhere from 12-22 an hour...plus the supervisors 45-55 K a year...plus whatever other overhead they have from banking these games I would think its profitable. The original owner started the company by maxing out his credit cards and mortgaged over $500 K in assets when he first started...how he is a millionair. |
