best ways of dealing with a breakup

I'll save you the glorious details and just let the suggestions roll in. Obvious answers like "stick it in her pooper", "get drunk then call her", "let the coast guard handle it", "see how many 5 year olds she can handle", and "kill yourself" will be well entertained, but probably not implemented...although I must say I've tried the drunk part and it doesn't work...If the various video's and shots of Keyra's ass are worth anything to you OOT, give me something back...

how long/ serious of a relationship?

In general avoid sitting around letting depression in. Try to hang out with your friends and be active. Do things/hobbies that you maybe didnt have time for while in a relationship

There is no easy solution. These things suck and are hard. IMO, avoid alcohol, tends to just makes things worse. I would advise that you try to be more active than usual . Workout more, run, bike, whatever. Getting up and excersizing just releases a lot of chemicals within your body and just get you feeling better. It also can add to your own sex appeal for the next time around and also can help you meet people too.

this is good advice.
it's very important to stay busy and make sure you are talking with/hanging out/leaning on the important people in your life. they'll be there for you, just like you'd be there for them. also, time is a wondrous thing.

apparently its break up season. me and the gf of 4 years just broke up tuesday. sorry to hear that bro. i feel your pain, literally.

i would tell you how i'm dealing with it, but it basically involves curling up into the fetal position, calling in sick to work and crying like a girl. so i'm sure there are better ways out there.

Exercise. Smoke pot. No alcohol. Try not to think about her [censored] other guys. That always drove me absolutely nuts, to the point where I couldn't sleep or function. Get rid of anything you have that reminds you of her. Put it in a box. Get another girl. Put your focus on something else (work, studying, exercise, etc).

Girls are [censored] bitches. It'll be ok.

Edit: oh, forgot the most important part. when you get a new girl DONT GET EMOTIONALLY ATTACHED TO HER

Along with liars and whores.

Play video games, hang out with your friends that hated her, or play poker. It's impossible to miss a girl during a heater.

Do healthy things that will make u feel better and that u can feel good about doing. also dont know how possible it is for your situation but do not talk to her. the only way to move on is not have her in your life, so get your closure and be done with it, it hurts man, breaking up with a girl that is important to you is the worst.in the future dont date restaurant hos also

Buy and accoustic guitar, write sappy love poems. Don't wash your hair, pick up some dashboard and cry yourself to sleep every night.

Go out on some dates and have some fun. Look around there are tons of pretty women just waiting to be asked out. Get to work.

Don't get serious with them while on the rebound and don't talk to them about your ex. Look forward not back.

First of all, try to date outside the work pool! When you break up, you have to see that person everyday which makes it that more difficult to get over them.

Good luck with dealing with this, trying breaking things, anything around the house that you may not need anymore... just make sure it is not expensive.

Re: best ways of dealing with a breakup

In all seriousness, it depends on the situation. If it was a dirty break up, she cheated on you, or something of the sorts - this is what you do.

[censored] her best friend and the person she hates the most. Perfect revenge, it worked for me.

If it was just a normal break-up, what do you expect? There's no magic cure. You let time heal the wounds and try to find someone else.
