\"Official\" Live at the Bike thread (5/11)
 

Tonight's show is scheduled to be the now usual 30/60 limit game. Last week's 30/60 was pretty slow most of the night, until some playa in the 9 seat with an A's jersey with "Pimpmack" on the back starting fluctuating his stack wildly. Expect Bart/Shirley then maybe Friar Tuch (and maybe a guest or two) in the booth tonight.

Assuming that Shirley is there tonight, I read a post on RGP that the dealer button was sponsored by Degree anti-perspirant, with its logo on each side. What do you think of ESPN/Harrah's allowing logos and sponsors on the table and equipment, when they're not expected to be as generous at final tables?

Also, this week 'Pimpmack' will be at the table with a Devil Rays jersey that says 'Playerhomeboy' on it. Should be exciting to see!

Since they know you'll be there next week Russ, they're starting their "open door" policy and let any ham and egger in there. And shouldn't they let us know who this "Steve" is, maybe he's a sorta important person at the Bike.

Hello Live@Bike people.

I may have mis-heard this but... awhile ago I thought I heard someone mention something about one of the final tables of a freeroll at The Bike online poker room being aired on Live at the Bike. Is this happening? I joined the poker room site because of it and I cant find any info on it.

If this is really happening, PLEASE can we have some more information about it? It would be a great thing for me (as Los Angeles is very very far away from me). Or did I indeed misunderstand something about this?

Unfortunately, I wont be able to catch the entire show tonight. So if the commentators address this question I might miss it. I will check this whole thread though if someone is kind enough to let me know about it.

Since Bart has really gone back to saying "look at this" (when we're all watching) at least once a hand, I think it's time to guess how many more times he'll say it from 9:30 until the end of the broadcast. I say he can break 75.
