For whatever reason I really like the design of those chips. The price however is a bit steep.

That's why I think a person would be foolish to NOT get in on Ten's group buy of the Pharoah's if they were thinking of buying Paulson's right now. Better Paulson's at a MUCH better price (about $.90 ). [img]/images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img]

Unfortunately I like the design of these chips compared to the Pharoah's design. If I liked the design of the Paroah's chip I would definitely be buying them.

I've found these Paulson's for $1.25/each

Still rather expensive but better than $1.35/each. If these chips were around $1/each I would definitely buy some.

Just so you know, TrademarkPoker.com is a wholesaler. You will not get the $1.25 chip price from them unless you were able to make a volume order.

To each his own I guess. Not sure exactly what there is to like at all about the standard design....It's just so blaaaahhh. The uniqueness (limited supply) alone of the Pharoah's Club set is worth MORE in my opinion - and yet it will cost ALOT less - is it 50% less or 33% less? Either way that's sillyness.....

While I'm a big fan of nice chips, they don't get me anymore money than my clay with isert chips when I cash out in a home game.

Seriously though, they ae really nice and I'd like to get some...$1.35 is steep though.

Understood Phil but if a person isn't a fan of the Egyption theme/design then the actual price break becomes irrelavant. It's a great deal if you like the design but I'm confused as to why you don't understand how it isn't a great deal for someone not interested in that particular look.
