Hero: 4400
Villan: 4000

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with AA
4 folds, Hero raises 800, fold around to BB who calls

Flop: 668r
BB pushes (3200), Hero calls
Having played with Villan for an hour and a half, I am 100% that flop did not help

Villan shows QKo...bad time for him to push...so I thought

Turn: K

Simply put, I felt violated. I've had bad beats, but this one required me to make this post for theraputic reasons.

In the past two weeks, I've lost with AA vs. AK, and AA vs AQ. Both beats happended deep into the tournament, and would have given me very tall stacks had I prevailed. Oh well, that's poker. But the poker gods owe me...

This may be a first. One bad beat post highjacked by an even lamer bad beat post ("I lost AA to 72o three weeks ago [sob]").

If only Hold 'em were a 6 card game, noone would ever get rivered and we'd all be rich.

1. Gather together the hand histories of ten bad beats you've put on others.
2. Have it available to put into hand history replayer at a mouse click or two.
3. Assume the lotus position, breathe rhymically and view until palpitations recede.

fold preflop...this happens every time

your hand isnt going to improve unless you hit another ace. you have such a small chance for a straight or a flush that this hand almost isnt worth playing. calling is bad, raising is worse. at least see a cheap flop and see if you hit your miracle set.
