Poker dumbed down :
 

Preflop play : Raise when you will statistically have the best hand. As your position gets closer to the button, this hand gets lesser. With other players in the pot, change from the basic formula based on their preflop standards.

Call when you have a volume / drawing hand and have the odds (set # of players).

Flop keep betting/raising until a certain point of the hand where you need better than (current hand strength) to continue (ie to 2 bets on the turn with TPTK) (or 1 bet on the turn (or if it's two cold on the flop) with unimproved AK).

Thats it, I solved limit hold'em.

I second that recommendation.

He told me to kill myself, and I haven't done anything bad, certainly not at the level that Kaz has anyway.

Although saying it to Kaz is not so bad, considering what he did to GM, saying it to me was quite bad. You don't even know me. I'm a nice guy in person. Honest.

I am sorry that you feel that way. I don't mean to offend you, or anyone else for that matter. Having at one point in my life been seriously suicidal, I understand that suicide is no joking matter. However, the individuals that I expressed such comments to were either a) trolls that I was replying to in jest or b) individuals such as Kaz or this guy to whom I was trying to find a quick way to articulate my anger towards them. The "Sincerely and with respect" was my attempt to say that I wanted to make a statement softly. I wish I had thought of PM; I would have used that. Just as it was not your intent to offend, it was not my intent either. I just thought you might want to think about it before you used it again.
