My brother and sister just bought an original Nintendo, so I'm going to be vegging on 2 player bubble bobble and contra and Big Foot pretty soon. Also going to do some serious duck hunting, and gonna beat the lolo games. The mother brain is going to get rocked. It's all cold and raining outside--this is gonna be as good as a new Calvin and Hobbes book and a cup of hot chocolate.

the only system me and my roommmates have in our house is NES. it is accompanied with over 80 games. we never play it.

Famicom was clearly the best console of its day, and it completely revitalized the video game industry.

Got one for my girlfriend for Christmas. She was feeling the Tetris/SMB/Contra itch. I was diggin on Mike Tyson's Punch Out and Tecmo Super Bowl.

This is somewhat true. I bought a new 72 pin connector for the one I got her and installed it. Works pretty good, though the toploader would have been easier.

just download an emulator. i got nintendo, genesis, SNES, atari, and every game ever created at my disposal.

Much better to play all of those on a console like DC or xbox... i'm hoping significant hacking is done to the PSP to make that possible as well.

I dunno, works really well on my XBox. Plus an XBox controller is wayyyy better than an original NES controller. Oh, plus I have an NES and a copy of FFI that still works.

Tecmo Super Bowl III is BY FAR the best game (on SNES though)....same with NBA Jam TE!
