Because there's no problem if cheating goes on in a 100/200 NL game. But 200/400.. now you're talking about real money.

absolutely, but then you have created a log that is easy for the site to spot as dumping.

they won't interrupt the game (well, some do), but when the chip dumping is finished, cashing out will not be easy.
