How many royals have you had to date?
 

I just started using poker tracker about 6 months ago. I have played 80,000 hands and have made 6 royal flushes and 1 other royal I didn't see a flop for. That seems high to me especially considering i read somewhere that Daniel N has never had one. I had 3 royals in the year and a half I played prior to getting Poker Tracker (probably another 80k hands). I have also had 8 straight flushes in the 80k hands since getting poker tracker.

How many royals have you guys had in PT, flop seen or not?

I have played an estimated 50-75k hands and have had 0 royal flushes. Not even "accidental" ones that occur after you fold T5 offsuit and hit a royal on the river.

I've had two. One was playing Royal Hold 'Em, so I don't really count that. I made my second one today in a HU SNG. I got it all in PF, and the cards were dealt so quick I didn't really realize what I had for a few seconds.

3 months - average 10 sngs/day - 1 royal flush, 1 other straightflush. Flopped quads 3 times, once when I wasn't already all in (in my first week, overplayed it naturally). Rivered quads to win twice. Never had quad aces. Saw a guy hit a RF live at Hustler. 4 were on the board, he had the J.

I've played at least 300k hands and have had two, one using both hole cards and the other using one.

0, about 50K hands. Flopped 3 straight flushes in under 100 hands though.

So far 23k hands in PT and probably several thousand hands live, including home games. No royals. 3 straight flushes in PT (where I saw flop/SD). Best one was queen high. I had 98s on the button. Flop came 7h Jh Qh for the queen high flush. Three of us went three bets and I was pretty sure I was in trouble if another heart came off, if I wasn't already. Turn was the beautiful Th for the straight flush. The other two players had the Ah and Kh, respectively. We proceeded to cap the turn and river and I took down a 35BB pot. It wasn't a royal, but it got action that the royal would not have gotten.

Also, FWIW, I hit quad aces for only the second time today. That came just about a half-hour after hitting quad dueces.

about 200k hands and 5 royals...4 of them in hearts.

6 other straight flushes (3 of which were king high).

All in regular limit hold'em.

I must be a huge luck box.

i've had 2 royals in the past 5 months... probabaly 25k hands... i flopped one of them a few weeks ago... the odds are about 1 in 600,0000 to flop it

also, i've floped quads about 8 times in the past 6 weeks... all on Stars... isn't this excessive?

I've had two in about 250k hands.

My claim to fame was that in a home game years ago I dealt a guy a royal flush and it was is second hand ever playing hold'em. Yes it was clean. Second hand ever.

1, no idea how many hands i've logged. It was a 1 card royal at .25/.50 i believe, maybe .05/.10 though....

Never had a 2card one.

I've shown down at least nine.... One of them was to the nine (someone asked about this)

I also lost recently to a royal flush with a king high straight flush. (on a BBJ table to boot)

I don't have a hand count but been playing around 2 years now - 0 royal flushes.

1 Royal (using Ah from my holecards) on tribeca (So no Hand History)

2 straight flushes...

60,000 hands.
I've had two royals, both on the same table within half an hour of each other. It was a 2+2 table which would normally be great except for the fact that we were playing 0.02/0.04. Instead of getting hero status I got, "ha ha you made 0.60c on 2 royals!"

Got my first ever in a live tourney last weekend. Second hand of the tourney. I'm JQc in the BB. UTG min raises to 200. All fold to me. I call. Flop comes Kc-10c-7h. Check/bet 300/call. Turn was the 4d. Check/bet 300/call. River was the Ac. While I'm pondering my best move, villain bets 700 out of turn! I raise to 2000, he reraises 2000, I go all in, he calls with his JQs, broadway. I quietly say "I have the other black JQ, which gives me the royal", and I show him to the door.

Talk about maximizing my one and only royal!!! Thank god for donkeys.

I saw a 6 card SF for the first time last night, was a freeroll NL tournie on UB.

Guy had JTh flop was K98h and got all in.

I had 1 royal flush in play money and 1 royal flush in real money in where I got paid off. I think I also folded one royal preflop, from what I can remember.

WAG about 150K-200K hands, including home games, tourneys, ring games, all of it: zero royals. I have seen three.

Highest hand a King-high SF (used the Tc to do it...he had the Ac, fun stuff.) Have had two other SF's (one I thought was just a straight...checked it down on river :S)

I've probably had quads a dozen times or more.

My best hand to day was a straight flush to the queen, but the 7 was out too, so it was a 6 card SF.

If I have this right, the odds of making a "full-full-house" are:

52/52 * 51/51 * 6/50 * 5/49 * 4/48 * 3/47 * 2/46 = 0.0000028318450414

or 1 in 353126.67

Again, assuming my probability reasoning is right. I'm not sure this is right since it doesn't describe the possibility of pocket pairs.

I've seen straight flush over straight flush, so that would be a 7 card straight flush if thats what you mean. I have seen quads over sets many times, is that what you mean by full full? I have also seen the board make a royal once, anybody else ever seen that one? I think the only thing I have never witnessed is quads over quads using both hole cards in both hands.

One of the nuttiest things I have seen was set over set over set, AAA over KKK over QQQ in a 5 handed game. I was the unfortunate fool with QQ. I flopped the nuts and it got capped every street. Ouch!!

Two royals, both using both hole cards, in 80K hands of limit ring. Also three straight flushes, one of them made from pocket aces.
