I have to assume that if you walked on in your mom giving your dad head, he'd probably still give that same 'shoulder-shrug' look that all guys make whenever another guy walks in on them getting head, despite the awkwardness.

As for this poll/thread I vote for head simply b/c most of the time when they're just doing it missionary (I assume-never walked in) they're doing it under the covers whereas if head is being given that's usually not so concealed.
