I butchered this one pretty bad

UTG is 43/7 over a small sample, and generally just passive and bad. I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary.
Button is a 50/20 LAG that will coldcall PF any two that he would play for one.

ah yes the ol' LRR-screwplay, the fishies are getting creative

i'm calling down. if the river is a 7/J I yell "ONE TIME", raise, then call his inevitable three bet. If river is a Q I still yell "ONE TIME" but it's a lie.

You have no idea how much it upset me to see what I figured to be a LPP do this. What is happening to our games??

If you're not 3-betting the turn it doesn't seem you can raise any river except a queen.

well he could have a flush

I'd just call. This play is screaming AA to my so bad its not even funny. There is a small chance he may have AK [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. If I am raising the river I cant see it being anything but a Q.

Seems his preflop play and your read rules out 77 or flush-making hands somewhat.

I dont think 77 can even be considered in his hand range considering he LRR from UTG and is 43/7.

I have seen LRR's from all kinds of assorted players ranging from Axo to AK to PP's to 64s. High pocket pairs and AK seem to be the most regular, but I'm not going to rule out anything ever.

I agree that you shouldnt rule anything out ever, but at the sametime this is a 43/7 loose passive player. He isnt a 50/30 LAG who might LRR 87s so "if he hits his straight or flush he'll get paid off big" or whatever they think when they make stupid plays like that. For some reason I just cant see myself believing a 43/7 player would LRR 77 UTG into 3 other players. Back to the original hand. If in fact he does have 77 or AKs I still think he has those considerably less then the times he has AA here.

Preflop: Fold (in accordance with the starting hand chart)

Flop: Raise, and I think this is very important on a two flush board. (although this time you got two folds anyway without raising.)

Turn: I just call and I'll call the river UI too unless I had a very good read on UTG.
