Best Christmas Film ever?

okay, taking your nominations, and in a few days, I'll run a knockout poll, just like Swede and the westerns. Nominations here.

I'll start a little off-base...

Gremlins

A Christmas Story and my newest go to, Bad Santa. Sh*t happens when you party naked.

Re: Best Christmas Film ever?

Why bother with this thread? Just do a Christmas Story vs. Miracle on 34th St. poll and get it over with.

Re: Best Christmas Film ever?

Might as well get the classics out of the way.

Christmas with the Kranks
The Santa Clause 2

OK OK, just kidding.

National Lampoon's Chrismas Vacation
Miracle on 34th Street (original)
It's a Wonderful Life

Swede

(not one of my favorites but) It's a Wonderful Life
Poketful of Miricles
Nightmare Before Christmas (eh, sort of)

I'm sure I'll think of more if people don't beat me to them.

A Christmas Story. Miracle on 34th Street. Though a best claymation Christmas specials of the 1970's poll would be more fun.

I didn't see this movie until I was 19-20 after I had heard about it for years. I chuckled here and there (the lamp scene, the f-word scene are very funny) but overall it didn't live up to all the hype for me.

On the other hand, I laugh out loug at every single joke from Christmas Vacation every year.
