\"Official\" Live at the Bike thread (9/16)

Tonight's show is scheduled to be a 5/10 or 10/20 NL game, the usual game for Friday nights. Last night's was a 1/2 NL $40 max "Ladies Night" game. With the pink action chips thrown in, play did get fast and furious towards the end with a tie for first, each getting $75. Head over to www.liveatthebike.com from 6-9pm PT to follow along at home.

I turned this on early and noticed the intro loop hasn't been changed to reflect the new M-Fri schedule.

Re: \"Official\" Live at the Bike thread (9/16)

That's strange, because mine reflects Monday-Friday and the new hours.

That's odd. I wasn't really watching it intently, just noticed the scrolling thing with the schedule on it near the end go by saying Wed-Sat. I don't know the intro video by heart so maybe the schedule occurs at other parts of the loop correctly.

If Kenna comes in do interview (which probably isn't likely tonight) you should ask about the "scripts" he has to read as commentary for the Poker Royale shows on GSN.

As a special favor, since Kenna is at the table, could you puh-lease turn the table mic up? If you do, I'll give you some good news.

You saved a lot of money on car insurance?
NL Draw is making a comeback?
You're leaving 2+2?
You're showing up at the Bike?
You take back everything you've said about the mics?

Wow - can't believe he didn't call there. He only has to be right what 15% or so of the time?

A few months before that insurance commercial came out, there was a dirty joke going around based on the same gag.

Do you think this would have worked better if the viewing audience knew about the prize, but the players didn't?

Ok, let me practice.

"Turn the table mics up!"
"You know, back when I played no-limit 5-card draw around 30 years ago..."
"The announcers are talking over the players!"
"Enough with the stop bets!"

Help me out here.

Hey Bart,

Mexican-American War took place in 1846-1848 not the 1890's. You might be thinking of the Spanish-American War. Anyway, America has been in a lot of wars

Hey Guys, I hear of many people that stop by and say hi, I heard Barry G talk about "all" the screens in front of him when he was sitting in there with you.

So my question, since I play at the Bike alot, can I request to see you guys in action or to check out "the room" lol. David you would recognize me we have sat at the same tables several times.

Anyway, another great job, you 2 make a good team keep it up.

Dave
