After a long poker break, I played 40k hands of 1/2, making 1 BB/100. Then I did something (instantly, nothing like reading a book), and over the next 25k hands, I made 3.6 BB/100. Besides that, I know for certain- beyond any shadow of a doubt- that I am playing better poker.

Both before and after I was 4-tabling while watching television.

When I'm feeling frisky, and someone types "lol" at me, I type something like CBGBOMFUG or EAOMK at them. When they inquire as to the meaning, I treat them like they just spelled "pwn" with an "o". I've gotten a few very satisfying reactions.

Usually I try to keep my chat off. But if its on and I notice someone making a comment about my play (usually where I was stealing with a pretty marginal hand and take down a decent pot against them, or I'm a blind and hit something, those types of things), I'll respond with something like "lollerskates!"

If the "lol" makes me a bit tilty, I can only imagine what that type of thing might do.
