Okay, I'm just gonna respond to mention three things: I said '5 handed' meaning 5 people total so all of your math is off, you really need to learn about ICM before commenting further, and, if you want to see what I said about HoH2, I posted a thread a while ago in the SNG forum (sort by author to find it) but I do basically agree with you that the major problem with that book is in his hand examples.
