I might be 50th, I don't care.

You're inspiring me to do something similar, though...once I get moved in the next 2 weeks. Try to find foods (like say low-cal soup, or something) that you really like and whatnot. Eating healthy while at work is also probably a huge thing.

Hey Soss,

gl on your plan. in case you want another motivator, you could also do what my friend did - make a workout challenge bet. basically, he and his girlfriend are both very competitive but also lazy about working out. so they decided to make a bet so that the person who worked out (gym, run in the park, whatever) the most times in a 2-week period won something from the other person. the 2-week period was good because if someone got off to a slow start, they couldn't procrastinate for very long before they really had to get going. maybe you've got a friend who would want to do a challenge like this with you?

gl and good health,

ts-

Hard for me to do...directly outside my office is the range and the deep fryer to the restaurant i manage. Working to get my office moved though. Again...Good luck Soss.

PS... I'll take a cold beer if it comes to that, at WSOP '06

good luck buddy, hope you do it. I don't want money even if I'm in the first 50(which I'm about 99% sure I'm not.)
