I think you are defending your blinds fine at 6max. When you move up in limits that blind defense training will pay off big time. At your limit I think you are overdoing it since not all people are LAGS at your level.

Ps. I would love to have a defense of around 40-50 from bb and 70 from the sb. But I suck too much.
