I know you are a liberal so I will take it slow. The US president does not need to be at the White House to run the country. Every US president's schedule is so busy a vacation is like a 60 hour work week to us regular people.

BTW what was Clinton doing when millions were being slaughtered in Ruwanda? That would have been an easy clean up op using a mere 10,000 troops. Oh, I forgot we had a lib president at the time. By definition libs don't have the stones to be effective leaders, only effective bullshitters.
