Jut got off the phone with Empire customer support and the cash out team told me, that they released the money to my Neteller account but due to some "technical" reason it didn't make it, and to wait for another 12 hours. They were also actually pretty rude, but I chalk that up to them not speaking English well.

I cashed out at 10PM EST last night. Received both confirming emails approx. 30 min later. As of yet, nothing hit my Netteller account.

I cashed out about the same time as you did. My money hit Neteller about an hour ago, so you probably don't have much to worry about.
