DeLay Running Radio Ads Mocking Ronnie Earle
"DeLay's forces are now striking back at Earle. They're running a humorous, sarcastic ad on the radio about Earle and his partisan legal crusades. They've also subpoenaed Earle to appear in court to prove that he actually has some evidence to support his case and to explain irregularities in his conduct with jury members which may have led to unfairly influencing the outcome of his indictments."
I did not think this was possible but it appears that DeLay's defense team is even MORE CONFIDENT than I am that he will breeze through these sham proceedings.... |

I predict the number will be 1 (of the 4 listed above; indicted only, of course, no jail time or even losing a job. Probably the indicted will get a medal of honor.) -ptmusic |

There are 22 files that Fitzgerald is looking at for potential indictment . These include Stephen Hadley, Karl Rove, Lewis Libby, Dick Cheney, and Mary Matalin (there are others of course). Hadley has told friends he expects to be indicted. No wonder folks are nervous at the White House." |
Re: Not hearing much on the Delay indictments suddenly
I love gossip as much as the next guy (especially regarding this White House), but I just read your post about a blog from a former CIA agent who spoke with someone who heard that Hadley told friends he expects to be indicted.
That's not exactly first-hand information! -ptmusic |
