update...main just busted out.

guess i take the LL.

gg everyone. i got some lucky cards when i needed them to hang around this long.

still a below average stack though.

kind of sad that a field of 8 2+2'ers might entirely miss making the money.

99th place wins a whopping $69.07!!!!

update - TT on the first hand after the break.
Biger stack (with 61k) raises to 9k. short-stack of 4k goes all-in. I call and decide to take a flop (the blinds fold).
Flop is AQJ and I'm outta there!!!

down to 30k.

(since the short-stack was all-in I got to see that big-stack had AJ....K hit on the river and I would have made a straight actually)

yeah i had a5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] in the BB against a raise from one of zorac's buddies (kuzak)
he bet half my stack, obviously committing me to play for all my chips or drop... daring me, i felt...
i had a feeling i was against a pair, but with a short stack, i felt it was time to take a risk as he couldve been putting pressure on me with anything
sure enough he had 7's and i didnt improve...

kuzak and i know each other via stars only.

we made about a zillion final-tables together in those WSOP W$ qualifiers.
I made jokes about his grinning Michael Kuzak avatar.

Seriously...we've probably made the last 18 players together in 15 or more of those things.
There were times when were both on final-tables together in seperate events at the same time.

He's quite aggressive (note his huge stack in that event) and I think he's a pretty damn good player. Better than me most certainly.

We had chatted about which WSOP prelims we were playing via our W$ (he playing in quite a few of them).

when I came to say 'hi' to you I didn't even notice he was at the table...until he asked who the hell I was talking to.
