BMI is complete donkey [censored]

Me...
An adult male who is 180.0 pounds and 5 feet and 8 inches tall, has a body mass index of 27.4
That is considered to be overweight.

If you have any significant muscle mass then BMI goes to hell.

I just did it and it told me 29, which means that I am nearly obese. I know I am fat, but there is no way in hell I am obese. I am 6'1" 220. When I used to run 70 miles/week, I was 185, which would put me at just under overweight according to this scale. MY % body fat then coudn't have been more than 7. Gimme a break. This thing is retarded.

Obese is just a technical term though. Morbidly obese is what people normally consider the standard "obese".
