There actually was a trial on this. I'm too lazy to google it and I don't see it on Snopes anywhere, but I've at least read SOMEWHERE that there was a trial on whether or not a man was responsible for his child that was concieved when I woman saved his sperm in some manner, against his knowledge.

I believe they said that the sperm was a "gift," since he left the condom behind.
