..fwiw: the white sox have reminded me of the detroit tigers in 70's ; with sparky anderson: started the year super hot; hige lead for playoffs.
of course they were not challenged at the end like the sox were: but the chisox responded; very well i might add. remember detroit won the world series that year..of course they had willie herandez (became guerimo) and senor smoke as set-up to make any g with a 6 inning lead in the icechest... still; i gotta go with the pale hose.. jmho..chisox to win it all take that cub fans..
