theres a lot of chicks that play poker over at morongo. needless to say, they play horribly.

[/ QUOTE ]

This is the only casino in SoCal that I've ever seen hot chicks at. Of course the only other casinos I've been to are Commerce and Hollywood Park.

I played a late night 2/4 game at the Bike with a chick who was in one of the Casino Morongo commercials. She was super-hot but was there with her "manager"; she had most of the table eating out of her hand and then waltzed off into the night with a bunch of our money. Like Porky said, "It's a long drive home from the Bicycle Club; it's even longer with a hard-on!"

Girls don't play poker because there isn't a poker room between the kitchen and the bedroom.

Why is it "needless to say"?

[/ QUOTE ] He's saying: girls = bad poker players. There are exceptions, yet I've never played against a good female player. I've only played 2/4 & 3/6 in a casino.

[/ QUOTE ]

That's funny, other than friends, I've never played against a good male player in a 2/4 or 3/6 casino game either.

I think its the soul reason why JBB plays live in NY.

[/ QUOTE ]
I didn't realize JBB was into the old ladies in the bingo hall.

[/ QUOTE ]

Or was he saying that JBB is into the sisters?

Try driving from Morongo.

lol that was a nice quote though. I still have yet to check out the Bike. And now that you mention it, I did see a hot older chick playing 2/4 at Commerce late one night.

She has a good solid understanding of the game and a good strong understanding of how stupid men treat her differently. It makes a pretty good combination.

Exactly. Stupid men make solid female players a lot of money. They also make solid male players money.

I've seen an increase in solid female players who 'work' low-limits (3/6,4/8), e.g., 'So is all red cards a flush? And that's good, right?'-type questions... Amazing to sit back and watch when it is working well.

I'm curious if anyone owns that Mike Caro poker book for female players, 'Poker for Women'.... It seems to run about $70+.. I haven't seen many other books on the subject, but I am interested in what he suggests.

An article in one of the next few online magazines might be nice on the subject as well, perhaps by one of the better female players who read these 2+2 threads (I know there are many, I'm just not sure if there are any who have read this thread).
