We really only like the guy behind us to fold when we're ahead -- we're not even worried about reverse domination. When Villain has any pair, we'd rather Third Guy calls unless he's helpful enough to fold a flush draw or Ace. It really makes no difference to our pair outs if another 6-out draw is active -- we need to improve to win, and when that happens any opponent without a 9, flush, or flush draw will be drawing very slim. We probably want Third Guy in the pot more often than we want him out of it.
