Re: I have a butt problem

a few questions before i give my 8th grade medical diagnosis.

#1) How much money do you expect to make this year?

#2) How much do you spend on an outfit?

#3) Do you have an IQ of 156 or higher?

#4) can you cook? (strangely related to question #3)

#5) what is your poker win rate?

#6) do you accidentally tell women you date that you made more money today then they made the past two fiscal quarters?

Re: I have a butt problem

i have a debilitating chronic back problem that keeps me from being able to sit-down for more than 5 minutes at a time and (no more than 30min per day total).

i actually do everything lying down, flat on my back (on a thermarest mattress), as it is the least painful position. i strapped my monitor onto the seat cushion of my fancy adjustable desk chair so that the screen agles down towards me.

it will help alleviate the symtoms for awhile if you can find creative ways to sit less....i have also tried putting everything up high and standing but it proved too painful for me.

the other thing that helps massage that area yourself is to roll yourself back and forth (while lying on your back) on top of a tennis ball on the floor....it helps loosen the deep muscle tissue of that area using your own body weight.

finally, get in to a good physio or chrio as soon as possible.....and be sure to stick to a strengthening/stretching routine as these problems tend to get worse if you are not careful.

hope you get well,
sean

Can I chiropractor even do anything here? Kaiser is a BS all-in-one medical plan thingy I've had since I was born. I will have an actual PPO once I move to Henderson in 2 weeks.

Definitely. I'm a big believer in chiro, but finding one you're comfortable with could be harder. Ask around, get personal referrals.

If you've got a disc out of alignment, 3-4 visits to the chiropractor can easily put it back into place. Takes a few visits to get your back to fully let up and stop pulling it back out of place.

The problem isn't my disc though, it's my ass muscle.

Is he going to re-align my ass? Sounds like something I should be paying a hooker to do.

Perhaps you should consult with PJN?

Damn, see your situation isn't funny at all compared to lazy ass metatron who spends all day sitting down in front of his computer bragging about himself.

When being treated for Penisformis syndrome, do they adjust the temperature of the hot oil?

Go to a real doctor, probably a sports medicine specialist. Ask around and find out who the top guy (or gal) is in your city. It doesn't matter if they won't take your insurance - just pay them.

Don't settle for crappy medical care.

I'm not kidding, there is wide disparity in the abilities of doctors. It pays to go to the best people.
