"Second Cousin, call her a 9, both of you very much aware the other is of their blood. Hitting it?

What about in the "she has no idea" scenario?

If you answered no to either, how far away would she have to be to sway you? Also, anyone who would go first cousin? Do I hear sister? (Hopefully not...) "

If you'd answer yes to any of these, why wouldn't you be scummy enough to answer yes to all of them?

My point is, when old men go around trying to monopolize all the young tang, all rules of engagement are off. If you mess with the natural order of things you have to live with the consequences.

That IS the natural order of things. I don't know what you're talking about.

If you have to ask then it is too close

Re: How close is far enough? (Incest)

I vaguely recollect learning about this in a Family Law course as part of my law degree (this was early on, before I stopped attending lectures).

The legal term in the UK is consanguinity .

As I remember, 1st cousins are allowed to marry here, but uncles/nieces (aunts/nephews) are not. But the uncles/nieces (aunts/nephews) ARE allowed to sleep together (and not in the Lexington Brian/Olivia way). That sounds WAY too close genetically to be a good idea, so I'm now thinking I could be wrong, will go look it up...

Yup, you can marry your cousin here, but not in most of the US, it seems. Can find anything definitive on the uncle/niece (aunt/nephew) thing either way.

Another cousin question for you. Say your uncle marries a woman who has children from a previous marriage. They aren't technically blood relation, but they are your cousins for all intents and purposes. If she's a solid 10 would you nail her given the opportunity?

Ha, I was gonna post about this before even seeing this post. My aunt married a guy who had kids, one boy my age and a girl two years younger. That was when I was like 10 they divorced when I was like 16 but the guy sucks so they would come visit my aunt rather than him when they came from their mom's house. I saw the boy all the time till he joined the army. Two years ago the girl came by, she's now 18 and about a 6-8 depending on the setting. She makes it really obvious that she wants my nuts, asks my aunt if it is ok, invites me out.
I get high and have a long talk with my friends were we decide because there is no blood its ok, but probably not the best thing based on family relations. The question gets solved that night when a much hotter girl who loves to give head decides to give me some head and offers to do it more often. Unfortunately I can't remember exactly what my decision in the situation was.

The social stigma of it outweighs the benefits given the amount of non-incest possibilities for relationships

I nail her if she is a 1st cousin if she is a 9 or 10.

Second cousin easily. First cousin's a tougher call. It depends on if I see them often or not. It's more of a social thing than a medical thing.
