I got the Complete New Yorker dvd-set thingie. It's sweet. I guess I got some fancier stuff, but this was my favorite. All issues from vol.1 #1 in 1925 to Feb. 2005. Everything's searchable, draggable, zoomable, you name it. Technology is so cool....

It's actually a birthday/Christmas/I'm paying for a chunk of it, but I thought I wouldn't get it for a few more days. My mom pulled the keys out of my stocking and it was sitting in my driveway, complete with one of those enormous bows. Sweet.

I was so amazed that I would be able to bowl at home that I didn't open the rest of my Christmas presents until hours later. I was 4 or 5 years old at the time.
