re-racks (in a 10 cup game) at 6-4-3-2

6, make a triangle (1-2-3)
4, you can ask for cock and balls (1-1-2), or vagina (1-2-1)
3, triangle (1-2)
2, line (1-1)

Edit-lets say you have 7 cups, and you make 2, you'll have 5 left. you'll get the balls back for making your 2 shots. if you fail to make a cup on the 2nd attempt, you lose your chance for a re-rack (until you get to 4)

those r the times u have the option to rerack, but u only get 2 at most.

No way, are you kidding me? The defending team does not have free reign over the cup formation.

Two in one cup used to end the game

This is a bad rule IMO Matt. The purpose of the game is to get [censored] up. It is very hard to do this when you are [censored] up. Less cup making means less drinking which means less getting [censored] up.

Me and my friends have progressed, we play it like the purpose is to win the game. But, we have this covered. Losers drink all remaining cups. The only reason we have moved away from the two in one cup, is on our annual camping trip each year we have 10 team tournys and it sorta sucks to get a big loss on a technicality. So we are experimenting with making this 3-5 cups. Just to make it clear, the other team is allowed to pull the cup after the first ball is in there, it's not like you have all the time in the world and a stationairy cup. Its VERY hard to get two in one cup. But it still counts if the ball ends up in the cup. Some of the best beirut moments ever is when you can manage to hit that second cup when the guy is taking his sweet time drinking, or waiting to drink. If you bounce it off his chest into the cup? Good times.

What have you kids have to say about retribution?

I hate the diamond rack. We play 10, 6, and 3.

It's not a bad rule, but it takes a lot of the drama/celebration out of making the last cup since it no longer seals victory. The "If both players make the retribution shot, they get first shot in OT" rule is BS. The team that "wins" first in regulation should get the first shot in OT, no matter what.

We play either one on one with six cups, two balls, no reracks, two cup rollbacks, and three cup overtime. When more people are playing it's usually 12 cup with reracks at 6 and 3. Generally each cup contains 3-4 ounces of beer.

And does anyone actually play with paddles? I saw it once and it was very slow and involved very little drinking.

Agreed. Now are you guys lame,? Do you take "turns" even if it is detrimental to the game? Like, can I throw a ball as soon as you miss--even if it is your partners "turn". Think of a scenario where you both have one cup left on each side.
I had a crazy game at the end of the summer where me and my opponent hit simultaneous last cups. I don't think horse racing instant replay would have been able to determine who's landed first. It was awesome and forced OT...and would have never happened if we took "turns", I.E. If I let his partner shoot the second shot before me and my partner threw our two.

You're saying like Players A and B are on one team and players C and D are on the other, player A shoots, then player C shoots before Player B even gets a chance? I don't see this working, people will be too disorganized to figure out whose turn it is.
