just tuned back in...I hear barry has had an off night...

When the cards are running cold, just be patient and pick your spots...you can't take down every pot.

OK --- Everybody VOTE for Barry, one of the best LATB laydowns ever...don't river hunt...the cards are built into the future.

Barry "I Call" Woods lays down a hand. What next? Ed folds before the flop?

The rabbit cam showed the wisdom of "raising for information."

It doesn't matter if 4th or 5th street brought a Queen, it's a +EV laydown against an unknown hand that beats you (either set or overpair).

You have to think that every session combined is just ONE SESSION so the laydown is correct. Don't be fooled by the power of seeing the next two cards to try to rationalize a call for a pot you'll win 5 out of 100 times.

I've got no problem with the laydown. It's the raise I question. How about calling, and if you miss and Mr. Rock bets large, lay it down then? Not a bad plan, don't you think?

I don't think Barry is playing well, don't vote for him because of one easy laydown.

that question opens pandora's box.

smooth call with an overpair on a non-coordinated board with two to come ???

Doesn't sound like a bad idea...but then again, maximum extraction makes more sense if you think you're ahead.

Don\'t cry for me Argentina.

I was down about 5-6K when we went off Live, but came back up over 8K when I left at 12:30. Let's all thank Ed for his marvelous play and helping me regain some self respect, and not charting a losing session.

I admit, I pretty much played like $hit, and was not getting hands. When I did bet the 2 pr, the str8, it was ALWAYS beat by a flush or full house or some hand. In answer to some ??? posed to me in PM and online, I will sometimes bet (even against Mo) to find out where I am, same thing with George with the raise. Granted, it was rather large, but it pretty well gave me the info I needed. If I called, I would know no more, if I stuck in a small raise, he would automatically call, since it was me. The only way to get the info was to be large, he would call or raise and I would lay it down, or fold since I indicated strength. May not be right, but hey, it's me, for God's sake!!

Thanks for watching and I apologize for any embarrassment to the 2 +2 ers.
