Not really funny, but Batman the Animated Series is the greatest cartoon ever in the universe.

For funny, no one's mentioned Venture Bros. yet, and I feel the need to proclaim my love for it yet again.

Watch as many episodes of Aqua Teen Hunger Force and Harvey Birdman as you can. These are quality shows.

I'm a sucker for old GI Joe. Transformers wins as far as coolest toy/show combo, but GI Joe is still watchable, at least for me.

For newer stuff I'd have to go with family guy.
