The Wynn, and anyone who says otherwise hasn't eaten there.

Rio Seafood Buffet, if you like seafood (obviously). There's other food, but not as much as other buffets. Bellagio otherwise.

samba is a disgusting insult to a real brazilian steakhouse, btw

Not to mention about $10-15 over priced. There are any number of Brazilian steakhouses here in Los Angeles and most charge $17-25 per person vs. the $33 or so that Samba charges, for the exact same thing.

Love the buffet at Paris Las Vegas, especially taking first-timers to Vegas there.
When I'm downtown, I enjoy eating at Main Street Station's buffet. Maybe not gourmet, but enjoyable.

food quality, I complete agree (though Bellagio can be close). Selection of things to eat, it's debateable. I think Bellagio and Aladin can have a wider selection of things, especially for people with more basic tastes

Aladdin. I was extremely disappointed with the Mirage the 2 times I went this past year.

Paris Las Vegas by far, even went there for my birthday. The Wynn is okay, but too international in the dishes, avoid Sahara, Circus Circus, Stardust, Riveria and especially the New Frontier, unless you have a death wish.
