the guy folded quickly and angrily. he was sure i had the flush and then about a minute later he started fretting about it and asking me if i had the flush, and talking himself into believing i must have had the flush. im pretty sure he dumped something like two pair. i didnt say anything.

Not that it matters much, but there is no way anyone folds 2 pairs there.

He probably had a medium overpair like 88 or perhaps a hand like 76 or 65 i.e. top pair on flop with straight draw.

ahh I would fold 2 pair there without even thinking about it sometimes.

no this guy plays kind of weak he could have easily played 53, 63, or 65 this way.

Well, there's the problem. If you thought about it , you would see that there's 23 or so bets in the pot and you are asked to put in 2 to see if you can fill up....so, you would call to try and hit your 10:1 shot.

BTW/ im surprised so many ppl hated on mikes play in this hand... looks pretty standard PF and turn for me... id just call the flop for obvious reasons.
