Workout, play basketball or tennis. Read about other peoples bad beats that cost alot more and were much worse then mine. Right down the players name so u can flame em everytime u see them. [img]/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img]

I know what your saying but the tournament before I was in the same situation pick up pocket aces, big stack calls with 7,3 offsuite and gets a running two pair to take me out.

important things to remember when this happens
 

get beat a million more times.. you get used to it.... the MOST IMPORTANT thing to remember though is do NOT play below your bankroll.. this will allow you to not care about the bad beats.... if you find yourself having an emotional responce after your finished quit for a few days.. take a break until your not so stressed out from the beats and then hit up the tables again

mikeymer, you're thinking like a fish. If you keep assuming that you have some sort of entitlement to the cards flipping one way instead of another, you're going to lose a lot of money.
